Administrative Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Independent Agent Program
• Process all agent applications and paperwork
• Due monthly commission report/checks
• Process all Agent daily requests (reservations, credit, discount/airfares etc.)
• Increase Agent production
• Calendar of Events information distribute to agents
• Affidavits: Assure compliant with the affidavits of International customers
• Manage office to assure function of every day office procedures are met
• Vacation and schedule

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of casino policies and systems
• Ability to perform in a very high paced environment and multitask
• Bilingual in any Language highly desired
• Must poses excellent communication skills
• A Valid Nevada gaming license is required and must obtain before entering position
• Must be 21 years of age or older
