As Assistant Director - In Room Dining your role will include:
Job Responsibilities:
*The Assistant Director - In Room Dining is responsible for assisting the Executive Director - In Room Dining in providing leadership and guidance to the staff of In-Room Dining, supervising operations to achieve the highest level of service and profitability, managing staff development through training and evaluation, developing and applying departmental policies, procedures and processes that support the department’s goals and objectives, and scheduling and work assignments.
*Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus.
*Requires a minimum of 4 years prior stewarding management experience, preferably in a high-volume, luxury hotel/casino resort.
*Prior experience working in a Union a plus.
*Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
*Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
*Must be at least 21 years of age.
