- Candidate must be able to communicate in English, read and follow recipes 2nd language a plus.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years pastry knowledge, preferably in a high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant.
- Candidate must exhibit impeccable pastry knowledge, accurate knife skills and the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Culinary/pastry training or degree preferred, but not required.
- Requires the ability to work organized and within a team environment.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
