Job Description

Assistant Public Areas Shift Manager is responsible for Public Areas Department daily operations. 

• Responsible for a smooth operating department, ensuring the cleanliness of all public areas, both interior and exterior. 
• ShouLead spend up to 90% of time on the floor, interacting with guests and employees
• Create daily and weekly schedules, scheduling and overseeing special cleaning requests
• Check all public areas, both interior and exterior, during shift to ensure quality control
• Responsible for overseeing assistant shift manager duties, making sure all sign in sheets, key sheets and equipment sheets are properly completed and collected at end of the shift
• Responsible for issuing performance appraisals, evaluations and discipline to employees. 
• Ensure all storage and warehouse areas are clean, organized

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak occupational English.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Requires a minimum of three years experience in a large casino or hotel environment.
