Job Description

The Casino Marketing Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Assistant Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage shifts and the daily activities of the Call Center.
  • Monitor reservation types and block management.
  • Track information related to restrictions, promotions, and rates. 
  • Assist with generic comps for all departments.
  • Manage Race and Sports reservations and revisions.
  • Manage the high end suites and villa calendar.
  • Manage the cabanas and cabana lists.
  • Maintain phone reports and tracking coordinators call volume.
  • Coaching and disciplining coordinators.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires a minimum of one year experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Casino Marketing. 
  • Requires proficiency with MS Word.
  • Candidates must be organized, personable, able to communicate well, and be multi-task oriented. 
  • This position requires the following valid work cards: Gaming License
  • Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years or older.
