Job Description

The Food and Beverage Coordinator works closely with the department leadership to support the day-to-day operations. 

  • Answering and directing calls promptly and professionally.
  • Confirm appointments and expeditiously handle visitors.
  • Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. 
  • Distribute weekly and monthly financial documents and reports.
  • Other office administrative duties as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
  • The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist, secretary, or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
  • Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Requires the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
