Job Description

The Food and Beverage Administration Coordinator works closely with the department to run the day-to-day operations. 

• The Food and Beverage Administration Coordinator is responsible for answering phones professionally.
• Is responsible for confirming appointments.
• The Coordinator is to expeditiously handle visitors.
• Will focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.
• Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. 
• Distribute weekly and monthly financial documents and reports
• Responsible for ordering/distribution of office supplies

Job Requirements

 

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.
• At least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
• Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
• Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
