Job Description

Hotel Sales is responsible for the overall selling of the Wynn Resorts Hotel. This large area encompasses our National, Conference and Convention Sales areas.

• Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls.
• Assist and maintain an accurate filing system for all correspondence and reports and comply with general office procedures.
• Assist in the handling of clients and accounts for the Travel Industry Sales Manager, including, but not limited to, making travel arrangements, collecting deposits, securing prepayments, billing arrangements; assists with fams; arranging for function-space, processing rooming lists, etc.
• Input accounts and bookings and maintain files in Delphi.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Travel Industry Sales Manager and/or Assistant Director of Travel Industry Sales.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft programs Word and Excel.
• High School Graduate.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clerical position in hotel, preferable in a fast paced hotel sales     department.Typing minimum 60 wpm
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
