- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Provides outstanding internal guest service in a timely manner to class participants, HR partners and Learning & Development team.
- Possess strong administrative, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Must model the ideal professional and polished appearance required by company guidelines.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel-related operational positions.
