The Coordinator I works closely with the department to run the day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* The Coordinator I is responsible answering phones professionally.
* Is responsible for confirming appointments.
* The Coordinator is to expeditiously handling visitors.
* Will focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.
* Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing.
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
* Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
* The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.
* Previous work experience as receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury or restaurant environment is preferred.
* Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
* Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
* Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
