Job Description

This person will manage production photo/video shoots, have passion for creative concepts and project managing.

  • The ability to pitch creative concepts to upper management.
  • Responsible for project managing photo & video design projects from start to finish.
  • Organize files on Google Workspace Shared Drives
  • Mentor content creators to keep up with the high quality of Wynn content.
  • Conduct team meetings and pre-production meetings for projects.
  • Work closely with our team to brainstorm creative social media assets.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
  • Engage in creative problem solving and evaluate design performance analytics.
  • Understand and live by Wynn Values.
  • A strong understanding of the Wynn brand and the passion to push the brand in appropriate ways.

Job Requirements

  • Have a general understanding in Adobe Suite.
  • A great understanding of Google Workspace.
  • Manage all projects through Asana project manager.
  • Ability to work from multiple settings such as on location or home when needed.
  • A strong sense of pace and timing, a knowledge for the best ways to grab viewers, and a sense for how to connect with audiences in as little time as possible.
  • A great understanding of Social Media and brand advertising.
