The Director - Enterprise Marketing leads the enterprise casino marketing team with the primary goals of driving new member growth, engagement, and retention. The Director oversees the development and successful implementation of strategic loyalty marketing programs and cultivates productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue through loyalty channels.
- Lead strategy and execution to design and refine new and existing multi‐channel loyalty and enterprise maketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive loyalty marketing promotions to include strategic objectives, KPIs/metrics, and tactics.
- Meet and exceed annual room night and profitability goals, while targeting slow periods in the hotel with increased room night production.
- Oversee enterprise analytics to lead the development of program dashboards, performing ad hoc analyses, identifying trends, and executing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates strong financial and marketing acumen to acquire new members and construct programs and offers that improve member engagement and retention.
- Partners with Resort Operations and Revenue Management teams across the enterprise to execute loyalty marketing campaigns while ensuring that all properties are trained and in compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the IT department to develop and implement new and existing tools to better the company’s direct marketing efforts.
- Assist the Hotel/Casino Marketing, Entertainment, and Nightclub departments in coordinating direct marketing efforts, including budgeting, execution, and post-mortem analysis.
- Creates a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
- Present information to senior staff and provide strategy recommendations based on the team’s analysis.
