Job Description

The Employee Services Clerk provides exceptional service to our internal guests: our employees. This position will assist employees both in person and over the phone at the Staff Services Center. The position will also assist the Employee Services & Communications team on various administrative, event, and program tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Must interact professionally with employees in person and over the phone
• Handle employee requests, including name badge, employee ID card, and parking pass replacement
• Answer general human resources questions and refer employees to correct persons or resources for further assistance
• Set up and track various employee comps offered through our employee recognition programs
• Ensure the Staff Services Center is well maintained, clean, and professional looking
• Assist the Employee Services & Communications team with various administrative tasks associated with employee events and/or employee communication efforts

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and above

• Additional language skills preferred, but not required.
