Executive Director of Digital Products – Job Description

The Executive Director of Digital Products is an experienced executive who has supported an ideal work environment as well as effective business operations. This position will serve as the primary owner of the consumer facing digital assets of Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Boston Harbor. This position will also act as the voice of the end user, identifying and advocating end user needs through primary research and an in-depth understanding of competing products. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Digital Technology.

 Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with Property Marketing and Digital Marketing (both acquisition and reactivation) to ensure our web and mobile presence is used to drive on-property revenues.
 * Faithfully represent and document the product needs of internal users through regular close consultation with such internal users.
 * Manage the on-going releases of complex products spanning multiple feature areas - this will involve writing clear, detailed and well-articulated product specs (which will serve as the basis for technology development), prioritizing feature requests and managing implementation challenges.
 * Rapidly adapt consumer facing assets in order to optimize desired KPI’s.
 * A strong working understanding of technologies available in the market to meet product needs and identify potential technology partners to fulfil product requirements.
 * Manage on-going communication between business and technology stakeholders in order to plan a predictable and consistent product release schedule that delivers on-time, high quality product releases.
 * A general understanding of technology and systems architecture.
 * Create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers.
 * Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to the VP of Digital Technology.
 * Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that the Digital Product strategy is aligned with the company’s operational priorities.

Job Requirements

* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management in consumer web or application development is preferred but not required.
 * Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers.
 * Ability to collaborate with development/ IT to prioritize and deliver features.
 * Previous experience managing live web/mobile applications is preferred but not required.
 * Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.
 * Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
 * Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends.
 * Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience are preferred but not required.
 * Must be willing to obtain and keep any work cards required for the position.
 * Must be 21 years of age or older.
