Job Description

The Latin Domestic Executive Host is responsible for the continuous acquisition of new players to grow property player base and increase revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing.  Host will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and capturing premium resort guests both internally and externally, reviewing credit reports for credit worthiness, assisting in planning and participating with player development events.
  • Work as a part of a team to grow the revenue and income.
  • Must meet monthly Telemarketing and Salesforce goals.
  • Develop one on one relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner. Resolve complaints and issues effectively while escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Must be knowledgeable of, and be able to explain, games offered by the casino, current marketing events, promotions and programs along with benefits and privileges of the Wynn Rewards program.
  • Supports and assists in promoting new Red Card enrollments.
  • Arrange reservations, transportation and accommodations for guests.
  • Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have outstanding communication skills for telemarketing and greeting guests, dress professionally, and be able to occasionally travel.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, International Marketing or Management is preferred but not required.
  • Must be multi-lingual (fluency in Spanish and English is required).
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule.
  • A minimum of three year of host experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Latin culture and customs is required.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
