- Must be multi-lingual (fluency in two languages plus English is required): acceptable languages are Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, French or Farsi.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Casino operations, Casino Marketing or Player Development.
- Requires a detailed understanding of the cultures and custom of the specific regain assigned to the executive.
- Advanced knowledge of the Middle Eastern culture and customs is required.
- Requires the ability to understand, identify and bridge the cultural differences between the international casino guest and the Wynn Las Vegas casino and resort. Executive must be able to communicate these differences to the casino and resort to ensure the guest is properly received and accommodated where appropriate.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can think dynamically.
- Polished presentation and must possess excellent communication skills.
- Requires a willingness to work beyond the boundaries of an average workday.
- Must be able to work proficiently with deadlines.
- Must possess a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position always.
