Competencies and Requirements
Experience: • Requires a minimum of 2 years previous work experience as food server in a lounge/ fine-dining restaurant.
Knowledge/Certificates: • Candidates must exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and advanced service knowledge including; wine service, champagne, mixed cocktails, cordials, after dinner drinks and up-selling.
Education: High School school diploma or above.
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken and written English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in POS software
