Job Description

The Spa Guest Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.


• Responsible for maintaining the Wynn & Forbes standards of service to guests and coworkers at all times.
• Knows and adheres to Wynn and department policies and procedures, embraces company and • department culture and takes pride in the resort and amenities.
• Understands and well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
• Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
• Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
• Reports accidents, injuries and lost and found items immediately in compliance with company and department policies.
• Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to guest requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction while anticipating their needs.
• Empowered to assist in guest recovery situations to ensure a flawless execution of guest service and communicates with leadership team as needed.
• Maintains an alert and welcoming posture while acknowledging guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while providing the highest level of guest service.
• Effectively communicates with peers and leadership team and ensures all pertinent information is shared.
• Accurately assist guests with check-in for spa reservations and spa access. Tour the guests through the facility and inform them of available amenities.
• Awareness of guests and services to assist in proper provider/guest introductions.
• Providing guest vouchers to spa technician team promptly to ensure guest is retrieved for service on time.
• Helps ensure facility is only accessed by spa guests by verifying guest access.
• Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times.
• Solution oriented, avoiding conflict and gossip, stays on task and promotes teamwork.
• Attends required meetings and/or training classes and incorporates new knowledge gained into daily work practices.
• Responsible for management of spa lockers which includes replenishing guest amenities such as: robes, hangers, plastic bags, sandals, etc...
• Consistently circulating spa area to ensure the cleanliness of the spa in its entirety while replenishing and restocking amenities per department guidelines. This includes vanity and shower amenities along with collecting soiled linens promptly to maintain spa facility.
• Responsible for maintaining spa linen and product inventories which includes monthly inventory.
• Prepare spa food and beverages in compliance with all SNHD and property food handlers’ requirements.
• Assists in the fitness area by ensuring equipment is maintained and available for guests.

Job Requirements


• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a current Nevada Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience in a demanding high volume luxury Spa/Salon environment is preferred.
• Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Must be solution oriented and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment and individually.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have an open mind and willingness to learn new processes, concepts and ways of approaching guests and coworkers.
• Must be open to coaching and feedback.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be well groomed and professional.
• Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.
• Must be available to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.
• Will be required to adjust schedule based on business demands.
• Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
• Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
