Job Description

The Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the General Counsel, Executive Director-Legal, Director-Legal, and Chief Labor and Employment Counsel for Wynn Las Vegas, Corporate Counsel for Wynn Resorts, and their corporate affiliates.  Such duties shall include the following:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various legal documents, including employment agreements, tenant agreements, and employment policies.
  • Assist with the preparation, filing and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Maintaining the company’s organizational chart and legal entity management system.
  • Work effectively with other internal departments to facilitate the operations of the Wynn Las Vegas Legal Department.
  • Assist with various property compliance matters as assigned.
  • Draft response to routine correspondence and composes communications for routine events.
  • Provide back-up for other Legal Department support staff and/or paralegals.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a paralegal, working in the area of corporate records.
  • Must be able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be able to handle a high pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, work well in a team environment, as well as work independently without much supervision.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, work well under pressure and challenging deadlines, and pay strong attention to detail.
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Pro, be familiar with litigation management software, and be comfortable with upgrades and technology improvements. 
  • Must be 18 year of age or older.
