Job Description

Responsible for processing non-Casino VIP guest arrivals, departures, phone calls, revising in-house reservations, and assists with additional special guest service requests while adhering to Forbes 5-Star/AAA 5-Diamond Service Standards and Wynn|Encore Las Vegas Core Values and all policies and procedures. This position acts as a liaison between Front Office Departments, Executive Offices, Housekeeping, Sales, Convention Services, In-Room Dining, Floral, Limousine Transportation, and Special Events, ensuring all guests are treated as VIPs.

*Extensive knowledge of Property Management, Patron, GoConcierge, GuestBridge, and Titan Ticketing Systems
*Extensive knowledge of Wynn|Encore Las Vegas room types and amenities
*Comprehensive knowledge of Wynn|Encore Las Vegas property offerings, locations, amenities and services provided
*Executes room rate corrections/revisions and rebate adjustments to guest accounts
*Acts as a liaison between guests and all other Property Departments
*Resolves billing issues/disputes for past and future reservations and settlement of in-house guest accounts
*Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge all current promotions and rate codes
*Ensure all guests interactions are in accordance to Forbes 5-Star/AAA 5-Diamond standards, in order to maintain the integrity of the Wynn|Encore Las Vegas ambiance while promoting hotel facilities and services
*Resolve guest issues within limits of authority and empowerment
*Accurately completing checklists and reports associated with specific shifts
*Provide personal curbside meet and greet, escort to the respective guest room, and in room check-in
*Coordinate a personal meet and greet at the Front Desk for PAR guests upon arrival
*Ability to assist guests with reserving transportation, restaurant and show reservations, and any other additional requests
*Responsible for completing room inspections and pre-arrival registration of all Private Access arrivals
*Coordinate and communicate PAR, Private Access, and Suite guest requests with the respective Departments in preparation of the guests arrival
*Responsible for creation and distribution of Private Access membership profiles, cards and kits
*Maintains constant communication with Private Access and Tower Suites guests to ensure special requests are executed prior to arrival
*Responsible for merging duplicate guest profiles and obtaining new information in order to maintain accurate profiles
*Creation and distribution of PAR report for Wynn|Encore Las Vegas Tower Suites

Job Requirements

*High school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum (2) years customer service, Concierge or Front Desk experience in a luxury resort
*Must be at least (21) years of age
*Excellent customer service, written and verbal communications and telephone etiquette skills
*Proficiency with MS Office
*Second language preferred but not required
*Knowledge of Concierge reservations systems preferred but not required
