Wynn Las Vegas is looking for a talented Project Manager strong in Ad Ops who will thrive in our highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.. This role is responsible for the flawless connectivity between media, internal and external creative agencies and analytics team. Above all, we are looking for someone who loves pushing for ongoing efficiencies and delivering excellence outcomes on behalf of our client each and every day. You will monitor project budgets, manage schedules, coordinate cross-discipline resourcing, as well as ensure assets are QA’d and delivered from Creative Agency partner to Media Team to spec as it pertains to all media buys.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain documentation for creative media specifications for ad buys
  • Monitor campaign set-up from a QA standpoint to ensure all steps are performed accurately and creative matches specifications provided.
  • Work with Paid Media Director and media team to accurately plan campaign timelines.
  • In partnership with the Creative Director, act as key contact to Creative partner agencies.
  • Track team deadlines across all projects.
  • Set up projects within internal budget tracking systems, monitor health of hours burn.
  • Experience managing and digesting the following media-specific documentation practices: Taxonomy documents, Implementation guides, Media Plans, Media reports.
  • Can create and manage multiple schedules, estimates, and deliveries simultaneously.
  • Able to independently run day-to-day workflow of multiple concurrent projects and events with little oversight.
  • Can analyze project requests, notes, revisions, and speak to their feasibility from a financial and scheduling standpoint.
  • Comfortable setting expectations and leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders regarding risks and status.
  • Motivates the team by demonstrating a commitment to quality and is capable of partnering with Creative Agency, Insights, and Media team members to ensure cross-discipline approval.
  • Manages resources effectively; sets clear expectations and deadlines.
  • Solutions-oriented, works with senior members of the team to monitor and improve efficiency.
  • Keep up to date on all social platform paid specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Project Management or Ad Ops related field, working directly with media and creative teams to plan, traffic and implement buys.
  • Hands on experience working in common critical media deliverables and processes: Media plans, creative asset deliveries, trafficking documentation, and taxonomy and/or aptitude and interest to quickly learn those that you don't have hands-on experience with.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and relentless dedication to problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding and proactive approach to keeping up on changes in the paid social media industry, especially ad tech tools and systems within the Social Media universe.
  • A team player with enthusiastic collaborator with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; rising to the challenge of keeping cool under pressure and time constraints.
  • An intent listener and you always know the status of your projects.
  • You can troubleshoot creative or social media technical issues independently.
  • Clear and concise communicator who can confidently lead internal and external meetings/presentations.
