Essential duties for this position include but not limited to the following: able to work within a variety of climates. Safely lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds on occasions as well as sit for up to 90% of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on a project site, the noise level increases to loud. When on a project site, team members are required to comply with all contractor-imposed safety procedures.
Due to the at-times unanticipated changes within the design and development process, nature of the design industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company. Extensive travel will be intermittent and requires the team member to have the necessary documentation to enable international travel.
