Job Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the product roadmap for our websites. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a highly visible project at the forefront of the digital transformation at Wynn.

You will work closely with multiple business units at Wynn to determine what features to build. Gather and define customer requirements, prioritize features, create specs, and work with engineering to deliver products and features that reflect Wynn’s 5 star rating status.

Must have experience analyzing data and user feedback to assess what works and what doesn’t to iterate on product design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive product planning and development for Wynn’s website
  • Lead the product creation process from discovery to ideation to prototype to production
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritization of features, driving consensus among stakeholders
  • Define the product strategy through business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements
  • Translate product strategy into requirements and specs for the design and engineering teams
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, marketing, as well as across business units, including marketing, hospitality and casino
  • Analyze market, competitive, user data to develop product strategies and features

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the hospitality and/or casino industry
  • Experience building products / features that support marketing teams
  • Data analysis skills which include AB testing, running SQL queries, and creating reports summarizing product performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally previous experience working with booking engines, whether in the hotel, airlines, or ticketing space
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) for creating web pages
  • Experience working with sprint based agile methodology
  • Strong technical background with experience creating detailed specs for development team
