Job Description

The Sr. Manger of Digital Marketing & E-commerce will supervise all aspects of the resort’s Digital Marketing program. This person will be responsible for generating sales in line with annual revenue targets, driving online brand awareness, acquiring new customers. This individual should be a self-starter and an expert in multiple digital marketing channels, including Email, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display/Programmatic marketing. This is an opportunity for the right individual to grow new marketing channels and optimize existing ones, driving significant growth for the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proven understanding of how to plan, develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns for Programmatic, Social, PPC and email.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords and Content Video Strategy.
  • Ability to lead media RFPs, multi-million-dollar budget management and performance driven media plans.
  • Performance management reporting; must have extensive knowledge of analytics platforms and ad serving tools such as DCM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Media Planning.
  • Establish key performance metrics and provide regular progress reports, sentiment analysis and track budgets.
  • Oversight of external and internal media partners/relationships.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaign launches, and curate additional remarketing variations over life cycle of campaign.
  • Proficiency in working with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to influence media plans is a must.
  • Experiencing in modeling and using online attribution platforms, inclusive of ability to manage multi-variant creative testing models and predictive modeling scenarios.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Digital Products and Technology to complete daily production tasks on time and on budget.
  • Experience managing email program through ESP, list growth, deliverability & segmentation.
  • Strong communicator, ready to lead projects & present to senior management.
  • Dedicated to performing research and staying current with best practices.
  • Identify key trends, tools, technologies and ongoing market intelligence in the social/interactive/mobile space.
  • Coordinate site launches and/or traffic-driving events with internal/external partners.
  • Able to produce and manage profit and loss statements and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Digital Products and Technology to complete daily production tasks on time and on budget.
  • Proactively contributing to process improvement.
  • Will work in support of the team leader to support all department initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS, and TMS solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years proved experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, marketing, and staff supervision is required in a digital agency or fast paced brand environment.
  • Must be articulate, highly organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate project management proficiency, the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency using the internet as a research tool, and an understanding of basic marketing principles and ad composition.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and must be 21 years of age or older.
