Job Description

The Food and Beverage Development coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Food and Beverage Development on all tasks, including, but not limited to, the below for Wynn Resorts venues:

  • Development of F&B concepts, branding, CGS and tabletop pieces, operating supplies, uniforms, collateral, etc.
  • Coordination between Wynn Design & Development and hotel operations teams on open projects
  • Fielding, sorting and organizing new requests from hotel operations and purchasing teams
  • Researching, sourcing, registering and sampling new vendors and CGS pieces while closely communicating with hotel operations and purchasing teams to implement
  • Researching and implementing relevant trends of F&B CGS and tabletop pieces, operating supplies, uniforms, collateral, etc. to ensure that Wynn Resorts brands continue to be the leader in the industry

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in either hospitality or design, with a focus in food and beverage, nightlife, or luxury brands preferred
  • Experience in hospitality operations preferred
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all future developments
  • Deep understanding of industry trends
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all internal and external contacts
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time on projects efficiently
