As Assistant Beverage Manager - Banquets your role will include:

 Job Responsibilities:

 *The Assistant Beverage Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling all Beverage employees.

*Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory and supplies as necessary to support catering business, interpreting all Banquet Event Orders from Catering, as well as communicating and coordinating with any and all operating departments such as Banquet Kitchen, Banquet Stewarding and  Banquet Services.

*Responsible for maintaining company equipment and facility, identifying and enforcing the maintenance of company assets and equipment through handling and storage, working to reduce loss of hotel property, and performing all other duties as determined by Beverage Manager, Director of Banquets or Director of Catering.

Job Requirements

*Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus.

*Strong computer skills required in Excel, Word, Delphi, Kronos.

*Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in a high end, high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant beverage or banquet department.

*Candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills.

*Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.

*Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.

*Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
