Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.

As Stewarding Assistant Manager your role will include:

* The Stewarding Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Executive Steward in managing staffing and kitchens, training and scheduling stewarding staff, conducting daily inspections of facilities to ensure conformance with health and fire code regulations, planning, directing and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen areas and kitchen equipment, both stationary and portable, maintaining inventory and supplies necessary to support stewarding staff, coordinating stewarding needs with catering chefs, and all other duties as determined by the Executive Steward.

Job Requirements

* Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner; 2nd Language a plus.
* Position requires a minimum of 2 years prior stewarding management experience, preferably in a high-volume, luxury hotel/casino resort and the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment; prior experience working in a Union environment a plus.
* Candidate must have knowledge of chemicals, personal protection equipment, sanitation guidelines, biohazard clean-up and life safety.
* Must have the ability to manage all aspects of the stewarding operation.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
