Job Description

The Ticket Office is responsible for providing and assisting guest with the purchase and redemption of their show tickets.

Job Responsibilities:
*Giving information to guests
*Taking reservations for show tickets and handling guest problems in person
*Selling show tickets to guests by using a computerized ticketing system.
*Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to handling cash and credit cards for payment, taking reservations for show tickets and dining reservations.
* Handling guest issues and interacting with the guests to ensure a positive and professional guest experience.

Job Requirements

* Minimum of three years relative experience as a cashier in a high volume ticket office Las Vegas experience preferred.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule and long hours standing at the ticket counter
*Prior experience with Ticketmaster a plus
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
