Job Description



Cultivate, maintain, and develop existing and new client relationships;



Create and develop new concepts for enhanced guest experiences;



Training and developing managers and line level staff to maintain standards and develop new service standards that improve efficiencies and service levels;



Inventory controls and procedures on departments perishable and non-perishables for Food and Beverage items as well as equipment;



Implement best practices for scheduling as well as developing new practices while maintaining the integrity of Collective Bargaining Agreement;



Purchasing analysis of all departments’ products from food and beverage to equipment and other operating supplies;



Menu analysis and development;



Competitive analysis and re positioning of brand, products & services;



Staffing analysis to include justification of appropriate positions;



Budgeting/Forecasting weekly, monthly & annually for payroll and revenue.

Job Requirements

The position requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Accounts or in related field with 4 years’ experience in high volume & luxury resort in banquet operation management, corporate development / strategy, accounting, or similar background as well as analytical and financial modeling skills, including a demonstrated understanding of corporate finance concepts (CAPM, NPV, IRR, CAPEX, WACC, etc) and proficient in Excel (Excel Power User), advanced PowerPoint and Word.
