Job Description

The Meetings Concierge Department is responsible for insuring the needs of our on-site clients and their VIP guests are met by offering dedicated assistance during the operation of their program.

• Verify that proper set-ups in meeting rooms are adhered to from the Banquet Event Orders.
• Coordinates refreshes and resets of meetings.
• Coordinates large group movements through the Convention Area.
• Reviews, confirms, and implements instructions per the Group Resume.
• Provides assistance to all VIP Convention Customers.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have Self-discipline.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks at once.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
