Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the set up, operation/engineering and dismantling of the A/V equipment within the convention area.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
•ETCP certified preferred
•Strong knowledge of Lighting Systems/Controls in a Special Event environment
•Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and Electrical calculations in a Special Event environment
•3+ years of Moving Light Console programming/operating experience (GrandMA1 or GrandMA2 specifically preferred)
•Basic understanding of Networking and DMX protocols and their respective signal flows
•Self-starter but can work as well with a Team
•Maintenance/Repair experience with Lighting and Power Distribution equipment
•Someone who continually pursues advancement their own knowledge and abilities
•Requires experience in all fields of audio visual and production related work. i.e. audio, lighting and video support equipment.
•Working knowledge of digital control systems and automated lighting is preferred and will be utilized as part of the job.
•Requires a previous work history of 5 years experience in a high volume convention facility or production related environment.
•Must be 21 years of age or older.
