Job Description

The Digital Creative Manager will manage digital projects fluidly and will function as a bridge between internal stakeholders, the digital production team, creative team and third-party vendors.  They will remain committed to championing the process to ensure proper execution.

They are responsible for direct communication with agency partners, and will lead strategic business discussions as it relates to creative production so that creative deliverables meet business KPIs.  Specific focus on work for programmatic, social and email campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day internal leader of managing high volume of creative campaigns.
  • Draft creative briefs for all programmatic, social, email and mobile needs.
  • Liaise between North American resorts in a high pace marketing environment, with campaign deliverables ranging from 50-70 digital art pieces per campaign.
  • Plays an active role with Project Management in the planning and execution of all digital advertising creative. 
  • Must have basic understanding of HTML, responsive web design, CMS, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, web animation, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience optimizing creative for performance driven campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multi-variant creative tests and establish testing methodology. 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand best practices for design.
  • Familiarity of specs for HTML5 display ad units, dynamic ad templates, and email templates.
  • Familiarity with embedding click tag snippets, and basic ad serving tracking code.
  • Liaise with external digital design and technology partners for a variety of needs.
  • Responsible for quality assurance of all projects, with a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the level of distinction that is the benchmark of the brand.
  • Ability to crop images, manipulate simple graphics, maintain content creation and content entry as needed.
  • Maintains project schedules, job lists and creative campaign production queue. Highly skilled at organization of thought and project execution.
  • Manages project resources to efficiently and effectively complete tasks within a deadline.
  • Ability to incorporate direction from interdisciplinary teams into the production of creative.
  • Ability to edit marketing and advertising copy.

Required Background:

  • 6+ years of professional work experience
  • 3+ years of digital within a digital agency or on a digital marketing team in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic Display/Video and SEM advertising
  • Understanding of the roles that paid media channels play in the digital ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, DoubleClick, and basic pixel integration.
