Job Description

A digital producer assists in coordinating digital projects involving the creation of digital media, and updating content across web properties.

 

Expectations:

  • Consolidate and coordinate the creative work of the design team (internal/external), and complete the creative build that will satisfy overall requirements.
  • Primary coordinator and communicator of any digitally-based project. This position collaborates with multiple project teams across boundaries of both creative and technical capabilities. This producer provides unique oversight and perspective to maintain a common goal while increasing knowledge, communication, and awareness between team members.
  • coordinating efforts of third-party suppliers, internet service providers and web teams.
  • The most successful digital producer is an effective communicator and organizer who can eliminate obstacles, maintain a realistic view of complex digital initiatives, and manage the entire process.
  • Must have design skills and creative experience that parallel those of a webmaster, or a graphic designer, which qualifies their ability to supervise a multifaceted project.
  • Will oversee the progress, the quality, and the quantity of digital media created by multiple designers in a team. For example, a complex website project may require graphics, animation, streaming audio and video, and database functionality.
  • Manage website updates and improvements through internal coordination with development teams, business owners and quality assurance teams.
  • Analyze web measurement data to make recommendations and implement improvements, working closely with the design teams to ensure that designs are translated into visually compelling web pages, coding and testing websites, and communicating changes to critical users, including senior management.
  • Manage multiple interactive projects including web site enhancements, SEM/ SEO campaigns, Multimedia campaigns, promotional and email campaigns.
  • Able to execute daily web content updates using content management systems and HTML/CSS.
  • Create mock-ups and designs for promotional and trigger email templates using current industry best practices while working closely with marketing/creative departments to propose and deploy new interactive marketing strategies, production methods and design changes.
  • Coordinate the creation/design of assets for Web site and marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Use image and video editing software to optimize digital assets for the websites a plus.
  • Collaborate with internal and external web development team and vendors to build and maintain.
  • Combine the collective strengths of marketing, project management, product development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with managing ECommerce development projects and facilitating communication with I.T. dept. and digital product partners.
  • Solid grasp of direct response advertising principles and CRM
  • Advanced knowledge of interactive design tools.
  • Ability to create impactful user experiences in multiple mediums
  • Able to manage multi-variant creative testing models and predictive modeling scenarios. 
  • Performance management reporting; must have extensive knowledge of analytics platforms and ad serving tools such as Doubleclick, Google Analytics, Ominiture , Media Planning, CMS, and TMS solutions.
  • supervision of digital creative campaigns.
  • Management of multiple online advertising media campaigns across the resort.
  • Ability to manage and augment digital strategy to meet multi-million dollar revenue goals.
  • Manage and multiple internal communication points of contact, and assist with the management of external partners.
  • Will work in support of the team leader to support all department initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Four years of direct experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, marketing, and staff supervision is required.
  • Previous digital agency or fast paced ecommerce driven environment is preferred.
  • Must be articulate, highly organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate project management proficiency, the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency using the internet as a research tool, and an understanding of basic marketing principles and ad composition.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software is required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
