Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.

We are looking for a polished and hands-on Lead/Senior User experience Designer to join Wynn’s Digital and Innovation team.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about consumer facing Digital experiences like Mobile App, web, On-premise, In-room digital and Voice experiences that will be used by millions of our customers. The focus of your job will be to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers.

 UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should understand / empathize with customer and have experience with design software and wireframe tools.



  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user/stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Preset to Stake holders including Top executives.


Job Requirements



  • 8+ years of Software UI/CX definition and Design experience.
  • Hands on Experience in Designing and Developing UI/CX for Web – desktop and mobile , Mobile Native App, IPad experiences
  • Knowledge of Responsive Design concepts and implementation.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Working / Hands-on wireframe tools (e.g. and InVision)
  • Working/Hands on Design experience. Used design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Zeplin etc.
  • Has conducted or participated in experience User testing
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience are preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain and keep any work cards required for the position.
