Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.

The Wynn Las Vegas Director of Entertainment Production Services Administration will oversee the Administrative functions of Entertainment Production Services. This position will be responsible for directing the people functions of the department in accordance with the policies and practices of Wynn Las Vegas.  The position will be responsible for real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve guest satisfaction, productivity and economic goals; maximizing opportunities for departmental and company success; maintaining all Wynn Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience. This position will be accountable for the administrative daily operation, guest satisfaction, and team member satisfaction for Entertainment Production Services.  This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Entertainment Production Services.

Job Requirements



Skills

  1. Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  2. Must have knowledge in Rigging/Audio/Video/Electrical and Lighting
  3. Candidate must have experience with planning and project management.
  4. Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  5. Organizational, administrative and interpersonal skill.


Supervisory Responsibility

This position oversees personnel within the EPS Department.



Education and/or Experience: 

  1. High school diploma.
  2. Five (5) years in a leadership role preferred.


Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and/or other related documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus.  Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
