Job Description

The Director of Creative Services will lead Wynn’s internal creative team of talented designers, copy writers, videographers and photographers. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Business Units, Internal Stakeholders and External partners to develop creative strategy for marketing campaigns while overseeing flawless technical execution in design, photography/videography, and copy for email, OOH, print, social media and digital.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategically align creative concepts and interactive design with marketing strategies and overall brand direction.

Stewards projects and maintains close involvement in the artistic design and direction of projects from initial concept to launch.

Translates marketing objectives/ideas into clear creative strategies for the team.

Manages a high volume of projects to support all channels: Digital, OOH and Print.

Develops and articulates a compelling creative vision and strategy for Wynn Hotel, F&B, Retail, Entertainment and other business units.

Provides art direction, creative guidance and feedback to designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers.

Assigns and prioritizes projects across internal and external resources to ensure long-term, short-term and immediate projects are completed on schedule.

Monitors and adheres to creative budgetary guidelines.

Leads and mentors the creative team including selecting, training, supervising, mentoring, performing annual reviews and setting developmental goals.

Job Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

Extensive background in Digital, Direct and Social marketing. 

Deep understanding of creative design, production and best practices.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Experience in story planning, filming, editing and producing video content for multiple channels.

Great storyteller that can bring creative vision to life.

Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Organized and able to multi-task as well as prioritize tasks appropriately.

Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.

 

Required Background:

5+ years of in-house creative team management experience including design, copy, videography and photography.

10+ years of professional hands-on experience as a designer, art director, etc.

Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising withing hospitality / gaming  industry.
