Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager ensures all hotel tower guests areas are properly maintained and consistently prepared up to department standards. In addition, they provide guidance, Support and training to the Assistant Managers and other team members within their assigned section. 


• Staff productivity and maintain proper staffing levels
• Daily Inspections of guest rooms and hallways
• Interacts with guests, including resolving escalated guest opportunities
• Monitor employee performance, providing positive/corrective feedback, including issuance of progressive discipline
• Completes performance reviews in a timely manner
• Upholds Company and Department Policies, addressing with all employees as needed
• Timely Execution of special cleaning requests, including special projects and VIP Priority requests

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and other basic computer applications
• Ability to learn the Property Management System
• Minimum of one year experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in the Housekeeping field
