Job Description

The Production Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following areas with respect to direct marketing: collaborative creative development, campaign management, vendor coordination, quality assurance, reporting, analysis, timeline management, internal operations coordination, and ad-hoc project and innovation work. The below outlines, but is not limited to, the core duties of the role.

Job Duties:
*Leading a team dedicated to the campaign management and execution side of direct marketing, including the ability to work closely and collaboratively with the data team.
*Lead the creation, production, and management of email and direct mail campaigns, and other projects as needed. Additionally, work closely with the digital marketing team to coordinate sophisticated multi-channel marketing efforts.
*Field creative requests from various departments across the enterprise and brainstorm, design, and produce creative assets that satisfy business requirements.
*Gather and report on email campaign statistics to analyze creative performance.
*Produce internal documentation, communicate efforts to other departments, manage vendors, maintain consistent hard and soft files, track progress and performance of marketing initiatives, and general support of marketing management.
*Proof marketing collateral for copy accuracy and general functionality.
*Build program foundations for promotions using various internal computer programs and software.
*Maintain constant communication between departments to coordinate direct marketing efforts.
*Basic understanding of CRM from a systems perspective in order to appropriately inform the creative development process and ensure a seamless guest experience.
*Meet with internal stakeholders consistently to improve the overall promotion redemption process.
*Support other departments on ad-hoc projects.
*Work closely with the analytics team to appropriately test new creative ideas with the intention of creating incremental profitability and campaign performance.
*Provide strategy recommendations to senior management.
*Train specialists on departmental procedures and processes.


Job Requirements

*BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
*Proficient with MS Office Suite.
*High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
*At least 4-5 years of experience in email and direct mail marketing.
*At least 2-3 years in a management/supervisory role.
*At least 2-3 years in hotel/casino operation preferred.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
*Ability to manage several concurrent projects effectively and independently.
*Ability to adapt to changing department needs and requirements.
*Ability to consolidate data and transform results into usable insights.
*High level of critical-thinking skills.
*Knowledge in Aprimo Campaign Management and Patron Management preferred.
