Job Description

Coordinate with internal marketing and creative media teams to support consistency in brand and promoting social media referral network.
Implement social media strategies that are aligned to nightlife culture and venue brands.
Support marketing and host staff to ensure social media tools are utilized.
Manage day-to-day social media campaigns that include online advocacy, writing editorials, engaging in dialogues and promotions.
Monitor benchmarks for measuring, analyzing, and reporting impact of Internet media programs.
Write creative briefs for events and talent
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans or projects
Recap marketing plans or project
Work with operations and management teams weekly on marketing strategies
Traditional media management – build schedules and aid with strategy for all traditional media
Digital media management – build schedules and aid with strategy for all online media
On property marketing – build and maintain rotation schedules for all on property marketing
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Job Requirements

Proven efficiency of understanding and application of social media platforms in public relations, sales and marketing
Proven efficiency in analysis and reporting
Proven project management skills
Proven efficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
Internet Marketing Degree
Minor in English and/or Journalism preferred
Minimum of 21 years of age
