Job Description

The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

*Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues.
*Assist with network and engineering teams when required.
*Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians.
*Mentor and lead other team members.
*Analyze and prioritize incoming issues.
*Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues.
*Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations.
*Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events.
*Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves.
*Maintain and evaluate IT inventory.
*Support and assist Executive staff to issues.

Job Requirements

*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Initiative to see issues through to resolution.
*Strong and professional customer service skills.
*Experience with installing and troubleshooting client PC devices.
*Experience with installing and troubleshooting Hotel and Casino applications.
*Experience with all variety of mobile devices.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
*Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
