Senior Product Manager

WSI is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to help lead its growing team of digital gaming professionals to establish a leadership position in the exciting, fast-developing mobile sports betting market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business value and the quality of live products/features/functions and ensuring that they work and are handed over properly.
- Responsible for admin/management flows in order to maximize operational efficiency.
- Having full eyes on the live product and quick responses to improvements, fixes, content etc.
- Turn general initiatives from executive leadership into actionable product plans.
- Advocate for customer needs at every step of the development cycle.
- Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined, well-scoped features.
- Draft project briefs and liaise with technical leadership to gauge feasibility and level of effort.
- Generate and take responsibility for product roadmaps and secure consensus from stakeholders on scope and deliverable timelines.
- Command a high-level mastery of features and systems in your portfolio and explain their capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure technical and user documentation is properly maintained and organized.

- Leading the collection of requirements from business and stakeholders
- Ensuring the product scope meets all legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and covers all admin, platform and reporting/BI needs
- Gathering and explaining the data to ensure we are making the correct decisions
- Producing and maintaining quality product specifications
- 25% Delivery Team Support
- Leading the grooming sessions to explain the business value and vision to delivery teams
- Refining the scope and handshaking with business stakeholders for decisions on value vs effort and obsessing about the quality of the output.
- Pushing the delivery teams to deliver the maximum business value with their output
- Accountable for verifying the end product meets the desired goals and meets the highest quality expectations
- Presenting the finished product to stakeholders and answering any questions of decisions made to balance value vs effort
- Accountable for UAT sessions and continuous feedback to QA testing in order to receive the best product before the UAT starts.
- Raising the flags and taking charge to manage the situation whenever scope/timeline/value/quality changes.

- Leading the execution of the go live strategy across all states/jurisdictions
- Handing over the finished product to operations teams after proving that the product works.
- Monitoring and optimising the performance and success of the product in live against the goals
- Communicating with ‘one click’ visibility the performance to the business with dashboards, reports and presentations where relevant.
