Job Description

We are looking for a polished and hands-on User Experience Designer to join Wynn’s Product Team.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about consumer facing Digital experiences used by millions of our customers.

To be successful in this role, you should empathize with customers and have experience with design software and wireframe tools, bonus if you are a master in Sketch. Since you will be working closely with our product managers, developers, customers and domain experts, you must be a team player and have great communications skills. Your tasks will include but not limited to benchmarks, user journey maps, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, usability studies as well as a wide variety of tasks and a dynamic work environment are a given.   • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate its functionalities
  • Backup your design through research; exploratory methods (team discovery based-workshops, etc), descriptive methods (usability studies, etc)
  • Prepare and present your findings to internal teams, key stakeholders and executives
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Work well with others to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Contribute and adhere to Wynn brand style standards


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work UX Design experience (not freelance work)
  • Hands on Experience in Designing UX/UI for Web – desktop and mobile experiences
  • Mobile first mindset
  • Portfolio of design projects and use cases
  • Working/Hands-on wireframe tools (Sketch is a plus)
  • Working/Hands on Design experience and handoff tools. Sketch, Invision, Zeplin etc.
  • Has conducted or participated in experience User testing
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Must be willing to obtain and keep any work cards required for the position.
