Encore Boston Harbor is a luxury global destination gaming resort that will feature 671 hotel rooms with sweeping views of the Boston skyline and Boston Harbor, ultra-premium spa, luxury retail, high-end dining, and state-of-the-art ballroom and meeting spaces. At a total cost of $2.5 billion, it is the largest private single-phase development in the history of the Commonwealth.  Situated on the waterfront along the Mystic River and connected to Boston Harbor, Encore Boston Harbor will include a six-acre park along the water that will feature a harborwalk, an events lawn, public viewing areas, ornate floral displays and retail and dining experiences that overlook the Encore Harbor Walk.

Wynn Design & Development (WDD) is responsible for creating the designs that are known as the Wynn “look”. WDD encompasses: Construction, Design, Purchasing and Architecture.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Works under the direct supervision of the QAQC Manager and the Director of On site Development to oversee the quality control of assigned projects.
  • Responsible to review and document the work of the contractors and their sub-contractors to assure the quality standards of Wynn Design and Development and Wynn Resorts, following established project processes.
  • Works with the hotel Operational team as may be directed by supervisor.
  • Assist in the training of QAQC staff for any given project on punch list procedures and formats
  • Responsible to work with the Design Team to resolve on site field issues in a timely manner as may be assigned by the QAQC Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling punch lists with the WDD Construction Team and the Design Team as required to support the project completion schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Previous interior design and/or on site construction administration experience required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
